P-Series Service Box

 

 

 
¡¤ Basic Box consists of a fire resistant ABS frame, accessory plate, a metal base frame that is fixed on a base plate with four side blanks and a disposable lid.
Specification:Height of the Service box is 65mm-75mm. Service boxes of height 75mm-90mm and 90mm-105mm are also available.
Note: Add Suffix E for 75mm-90mm Height. Add Suffix X for 90mm-105mm Height.

¡¤ Junction Box consists of a fire resistant ABS trap frame, flyover, a metal base frame that is fixed on a base plate with four side blanks and a disposable lid.
Specification:Height of the Junction box is 65mm-75mm. Junction boxes of height 75mm-90mm and 90mm-105mm are also available.
Note: Add Suffix E for 75mm-90mm Height. Add Suffix X for 90mm-105mm Height.

Ducts
 
Metal Ducts: Metal ducts are manufactured from pre-galvanized sheet steel conforming to related international standard. The metal ducts are supplied in 2440mm lengths and are available in one, two and three compartments in 25mm and 38mm depths. All genuine ducts have ¡®Unicorn¡¯ embossed on the cover. Ducts of different depths such as 50mm can be manufactured on request.
   
The U type is the economy range of metal ducts. Three individual ducts are placed adjacent to each other with a common cover. Key benefits include ease of manufacturing and supply logistics. The W type is the standard metal duct where the partitions are spot welded to the base of the duct.
uPVC Ducts:uPVC ducts are extruded while the fittings are formed by injection moulding.
The uPVC ducts have a smooth interior and a matt white finish. The duct is trapezoidal in shape and is available in single compartment only.		 Vertical Access Box:Vertical Access Boxes are used to transition cable runs from vertical to the horizontal plain. These are normally recessed into the wall. The top portion is equipped with a front access cover while the lower portion is connected to the inscreed system and buried within the screed.
